Do I need a subscription?
No. Every recorder includes 12 months of unlimited AI transcription, then a free Starter plan with 300 minutes every month, forever.
When will my order ship?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days with tracking. Free standard delivery takes 12–15 business days worldwide. You'll get an email with your tracking link.
How do I return something?
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number. We'll approve the return and refund you once it arrives back. See the full policy.
My recorder won't connect to the app.
Make sure Bluetooth is on and the recorder is charged, then close and reopen the app and try pairing again. Still stuck? Contact us and we'll help.
Is it legal to record calls?
Call-recording laws vary by country and state; some require everyone on the call to consent. Always let people know you're recording and follow your local rules.
