Warranty

Every HARIOX product comes with a 1-year limited warranty, worldwide.

What's covered

• Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use
• Battery failure (not normal capacity loss over time)
• Buttons, microphones, display and charging port that stop working

What's not covered

• Accidental damage, drops, liquid damage or unauthorised repairs
• Normal wear and tear, such as scratches
• Loss or theft

How long it lasts

12 months from the date your order is delivered. Accessories such as the Magnetic Case are covered for 12 months against material defects.

How to make a claim

1. Email support@hariox.com or use the contact form with your order number.
2. Describe the problem — a short video or photo helps.
3. We'll troubleshoot with you first. If it's a hardware fault, we'll repair or replace it free, including shipping.

This warranty is in addition to your rights under local consumer law.
