Non-returnable items
- Opened software, digital downloads, or activated licence keys
- Products damaged due to misuse, drops, or water damage
- Items returned without original packaging or missing accessories
Defective items & exchanges
Received a damaged or defective product? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a free replacement at no cost to you.
Order cancellations
Cancel within 12 hours of placing your order for a full refund. After dispatch, cancellations are not possible — please initiate a return instead.
